The Cloof vineyards

Evita se Perron
is a lively stress-free zone where humour and enjoyment are
the primary aims. We have two cabaret venues, restaurant,
bar, Boerassic Park and Evita's A en C (arts and crafts).
It is from here that Mrs Evita Bezuidenhout, the most famous
white woman in SA, keeps an eye on the progress of democracy
in her own inimitable style. An Ideal venue for corporate
functions, weddings or any other special occasion.
Groote Post
is an historic 18th century farm on the Cape's West Coast
where wine making traditions have been revived by the Pentz
family. An oasis of calm and serenity, the cellar has consistently
produced a range of award winning wines best enjoyed at our
award winning restaurant, Hilda’s kitchen where you
will enjoy the best of what the West Coast has to offer.
In 1960 Nico
Basson bought this predominantly wheat and dairy farm and
planted the very first vines on the slopes overlooking the
cool Atlantic Ocean. Since then Ormonde has been producing
wines of superior character, aroma & style. We invite
